Supply And Demand In The Law Of Compensation
Well after much deliberating about how this all pans out for the commission sales person as well as a person who works for a corporation who is interested in the corporations bottom line. Any person has the ability to make their work count.
Part 1.) The need for what you do.
You have the potential to earn more money selling, cars than cookies, real estate than radios, insurance than insulation. However, there are many salespeople earning more money selling, cookies than cars, radios than real estate, insulation than insurance. Simply because they understand and apply part two of the law of compensation.
